MaMa Lotion is now the "M2 HP Skin Refinish"
MCK Laboratories has rebranded the MaMa Lotion into the new M2 High Potency (HP) Skin Refinish. Below is a statement from MCK Laboratories regarding this decision:
MaMa Lotion made its public launch over ten years ago and created an instant splash with its unparalleled, instant results. We soon realized there was some confusion caused by its name, causing a few to mistake our product for a pregnancy moisturizer when in fact the name MaMa is an abbreviation for its primary ingredients, Mandelic Acid and Malic Acid. We believe that the M2 HP Skin Refinish name more accurately reflects the product´s true purpose.
MaMa Lotion was originally formulated by Dr. Mark Taylor over 15 years ago and has since garnered a huge following. However, new information and new technologies have come about that have motivated us to remove some controversial ingredients such as polyacrylamade, parabens, and fragrance as well as add new anti-irritation technologies that would improve tolerance to the formula and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
As you use the M2 HP Skin Refinish, you will notice that there will be less stinging, irritation, and peeling. Peeling is not just a result of acid activity but is also related to the health of the skin. A new addition to M2´s HP Skin Refinish is Hyaluronic Acid, a powerful humectant that draws moisture to the skin.
