Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any item that you purchase through us and if this item has not been open please return it within 15 days and we will issue you a refund, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
If items have been opened, we will charge a 25% restocking fee, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
If you notice that the item you purchased is either incorrect, missing something and/or malfunctioning in any way, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of receipt of item. Please send all emails to: diane@suddenlyslimmer.com and cc to Jeanie@suddenlyslimmer.com. Please be aware that we will send a call tag to pick up item. We will need to receive returned item(s) in it's original packaging in order for company to issue you a replacement.
