Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order from SuddenlySlimmerShop.com. If you are unahppy with any item that you purchase through us and if this item has not been open please return it within 15 days and we will issue you a refund, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. If items have been open we will charge a 25% restocking fee, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
